Culture and Code of Conduct

At Virazón, we strive to create an inclusive, respectful, and joyful space for learning, practicing, and celebrating dance. Our community thrives when everyone feels safe and supported. Virazón reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior does not align with these values.

Respect, Conduct, and Inclusion

  • Be considerate of your fellow dancers, instructors, and the studio space.

  • Discrimination or harassment based on age, dance level, race, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, body type, or chosen role—will not be tolerated.

  • Use inclusive and respectful language at all times.

  • Maintain boundaries — please respect your partner’s comfort and consent at all times.

Hygiene and Etiquette

  • Please practice good hygiene (e.g., showering and wearing deodorant)

  • Silence or turn off your cell phone during class and keep talking to a minimum while instructors are teaching.

  • Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave.

Reporting and Accountability

If you observe or experience behavior that violates this code, please reach out to us directly at dance.virazon@gmail.com or speak to a staff member. Reports of inappropriate behavior are taken seriously and failure to uphold these guidelines may result in temporary or permanent removal from Virazón classes and events.
